Richard Madden

Richard Madden currently holds no placement in the iFANN Global Top 1,000 or any scope-specific ranking lists. The iFANN Global Fame Engine has evaluated his profile but determined he does not yet secure a numbered position among the world's most famous figures. While he commands a massive global audience through major franchises, his current standing remains unranked within the published hierarchy. His fanbase lacks a formal, unified name, operating instead as a decentralized community woven into the larger ecosystems of *Game of Thrones* and *Bodyguard*. These viewers often identify more strongly with their shared love for Westeros or the psychological thriller genre than with a dedicated entity bearing Madden's specific moniker. There are no documented rituals, birthday billboards, or organized charity drives uniquely branded under his name. The intensity of his following is visible in online discussions surrounding his roles rather than in physical gatherings or viral fan-funded campaigns. His reputation rests on a steady trajectory of high-profile projects, from the tragic arc of Robb Stark to the intense domestic drama of Sergeant David Budd. Unlike stars who generate legendary moments of crowd disruption or street shutdowns, Madden's cultural footprint is defined by professional acclaim and the quiet power of his performances. Media coverage frequently highlights his upcoming medical hostage thriller *Trauma*, signaling continued relevance without the need for sensationalized folklore. The absence of a specific fandom name does not diminish the engagement; it simply reflects an audience that follows the actor through the vehicles of his work rather than creating a separate identity around him.[편집]

Madden was cast in *Game of Thrones* after only two auditions. He performed his own stunts in *Bodyguard*, including a grueling fight scene on a train. He is a supporter of the Scottish charity Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS). Industry rumors suggest he was considered for the role of James Bond but lost out to Daniel Craig's successor. He trained in stage combat at the Royal Conservatoire. Madden knew about Robb Stark's Red Wedding death from the beginning of the show, as showrunners told him during casting. His *Game of Thrones* character was killed off in season 3, but he has said he was happy to leave the show on such a dramatic note. A persistent story among fans involves his intense preparation for the *Bodyguard* train fight, where he reportedly pushed his physical limits to achieve a raw, exhausting realism that became a benchmark for action sequences. Another widely discussed point is the contrast between his soft-spoken public persona and the violent, volatile characters he portrays, a duality that often surprises new viewers upon seeing his first scene.[편집]
