The collective fanbase supporting Josh Cullen Santos is officially designated as ONE, a unified moniker that encompasses the entire SB19 membership rather than designating a separate group for individual members. This disciplined organization executes large-scale streaming parties and coordinates global chart campaigns that have propelled Filipino acts onto international platforms. During Josh's birthday celebrations, fans frequently organize high-visibility promotions including digital billboards and charity drives, reinforcing his status as a charismatic figure within the group dynamic. While no distinct rituals exist solely for him outside these collective efforts, his role as the eldest member often draws specific attention to his stage presence during concerts. According to iFANN's Global Fame Engine evaluation conducted in August 2026, Josh does not currently hold a placement in the published rankings for the Global Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. The system has evaluated his data but determined he remains unranked at this time, reflecting a status where his fame has not yet crossed the threshold into the current global tiering. His recognition remains deeply rooted in the Philippines and among P-pop enthusiasts rather than through a broad numerical ranking on the world stage.[편집]

He is known for his deep appreciation of coffee, often sharing related content on social media, and bears a tattoo of the phrase "Shot Puno" on his arm, which also serves as the title of his solo debut single. A major influence on his artistic style is K-pop icon G-Dragon. Beyond personal habits, verified events have shaped his legend; one widely retold story involves his intense performance at the Filipino Festival 2023, described explicitly as a full sexy performance that captivated audiences. In December 2023, he played a pivotal role in clarifying the group's future after resolving legal disputes with their former management, cementing his reputation as a stabilizing force. His solo career expanded further with the release of "Get Right" in late 2023, marking a successful transition into individual artistry. More recently, he threw a ceremonial first pitch at a Chicago White Sox game in July 2026 and interacted with Benny the Bull at Lollapalooza in August 2026, moments that highlighted his growing international profile.[편집]
