These placements anchor his standing within the iFANN Global Fame Rankings, a system that tracks global attention across media coverage, search, and consumption signals worldwide. His profile holds steady at these positions, reflecting a consistent surge in visibility rather than a fleeting viral spike. The Belgian winger commands a fanbase that remains organic and decentralized, lacking a formal moniker like 'The Doku Army' or similar organized groups. The interaction between Doku and his audience mirrors standard professional athlete engagement, characterized by social media presence and public appearances rather than unique rituals or inside jokes. A significant chapter in his recent lore involves his contract extension with Manchester City, a move widely reported as crucial for the squad's future. Doku praised manager Maresca's style, stating he felt 'more complete now' following the agreement. This professional milestone stands alongside a minor press conflict, where he clarified his stance toward a journalist who had criticized him during the World Cup.
