Chris Jericho

'Drink It In, Man', 'You Just Made the List'와 같은 그의 유행어는 경기장에서 팬들의 구호가 되었습니다.

Chris Jericho's fanbase is a unique crossover phenomenon, uniting wrestling devotees and rock music enthusiasts under one banner. There's no formal fandom name, neither the official Fozzy website nor Jericho's own site designates one, so fans are simply known as Jericho fans or Fozzy fans, a loose but passionate collective. Their influence is undeniable: Fozzy's hit song "Judas" has amassed over 35 million Spotify streams, and the band has become a staple on Modern Rock Radio, thanks in large part to fans who discovered them through Jericho's wrestling career. This crossover is so strong that "Judas" serves as Jericho's wrestling entrance theme, making it an anthem for both wrestling and music fans alike. Fans engage actively through meet-and-greets, Reddit AMAs, and Jericho's podcasts, and they've championed the band's longevity, Fozzy has been active since 1999, with Jericho himself crediting fan support for their 25-year run. While no massive coordinated fan campaigns are documented, the collective enthusiasm is evident in the song's cultural ubiquity and the band's chart success.

As of August 2026, iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated Chris Jericho, but he does not currently hold a placement in the published rankings, neither in the Global Top 1,000 nor in any Top-100 scope list. This status reflects the dynamic nature of fame measurement, and Jericho's enduring presence across entertainment suggests his standing could shift in future evaluations.[편집]

Chris Jericho invented the Liontamer submission hold, a variation of the Boston crab. He has a Yellow Submarine tattoo honoring his love for the Beatles. He is a trained pilot and owns his own small plane. He appeared as a cameo in The Simpsons Movie. He was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in 2010, finishing in 8th place. He has been inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame (2019) and the Stampede Wrestling Hall of Fame (2000). He was ranked #10 in PWI's Top 500 Wrestlers of All Time in 2021 and #1 in WWE's Greatest Intercontinental Champions poll in 2013.

One of the most iconic moments in Fozzy's history is the release of "Judas" in 2017, which became a global rock anthem and Jericho's wrestling theme, creating a unique crossover. Another legendary story involves Sebastian Bach's 2020 accusation that Jericho lip-synced during Fozzy performances, a claim that sparked fierce debate among fans, though it remains unproven. Fans still retell this controversy as a defining moment in Fozzy's lore.[편집]
