    Julissa Talor Eli Hart case

A mother killed her six-year-old son exactly 10 days after a court granted her full custody. Julissa Talor. Minnesota, May 2022. Tori Hart's father warned: psychosis, drugs, police were called to her 21 times in 10 months. Dakota County closed the child protection case and returned Eli Hart to his mother. Ten days later, she shot the boy with a shotgun. Up to nine shots. He was sitting in a car seat. She threw the body into the trunk. Police stopped her for a flat tire. She called the blood in the cabin "venison." Brain matter was in her hair. Jurors found her guilty in two hours. Life without parole. At sentencing, she screamed at the courtroom that she was innocent and sent everyone away. This happened in 2022. Today, she would be acquitted and would have collected two million dollars.
