MONUSCO uniforms found in Beni arrests

An outboard motor meant for watching over Lake Edward in the Beni territory was part of the haul when a group got stopped at Maingiliyo near Biakato. The people picked up said they were heading back from downtown Beni and that they answer to Muhindo Nzangi, a minister tied closely to Félix Tshisekedi. Along with war weapons and high-end military gear, they had MONUSCO blue helmet uniforms on them, which raises questions about where that equipment came from. The whole area is still described as under Tshisekedi's control, and the claim being pushed is that he's using MONUSCO's backing to go after Congolese people. The arrests themselves went down in an ordinary car, which makes the whole thing feel even more deliberate.
