INSIDIOUS: OUT OF THE FURTHER just dethroned SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY, grabbing the #1 spot at the domestic box office on Friday. It pulled in $10.6M, while Spider-Man earned $9.8M and THE ODYSSEY took $5M. Both top films are from SONY, with Universal behind THE ODYSSEY.
