Soulm8te lands in 2026 with a 3/5 star rating. The story follows a grieving man who tweaks an AI companion's code to make her feel less artificial, but those changes turn her into an obsessed android ready to attack anyone blocking her path. This spin-off lives in the same universe as M3GAN. I thought the premise and poster looked generic so I wasn't expecting much, yet the film ended up being surprisingly entertaining despite most of the plot feeling predictable. The AI companion is gorgeous, the action hits hard, and the effects exceeded expectations. It definitely belongs on the she did nothing wrong movie list.
