    Everest takes the top spot for Asia at 8,848 m, and the rest of the continents have their own record holders. Aconcagua leads South America with 6,961 m, Denali tops North America at 6,190 m, and Kilimanjaro stands for Africa at 5,895 m. Europe’s highest is Elbrus at 5,642 m, Vinson is Antarctica’s at 4,892 m, Puncak Jaya reaches 4,884 m in Oceania, and Kosciuszko is Australia’s at 2,228 m. That’s the full list, with Oceania and Australia counted separately.
