Macron on Kyiv civilian attacks

Civilians in Kyiv and the surrounding region are getting hit again, and Macron is calling it a deliberate choice by Russia. The missile and drone attacks amount to a policy of terror, he says, and it's unacceptable. His line is that Russia has to pay for its aggression and answer for the crimes, and the European Union with its partners will keep turning up the pressure through fresh sanctions while sending more military aid to Ukraine #EmmanuelMacron
