A gamer in Brazil took Xbox to court after losing access to his entire game library, and he won. Microsoft had refused to lift the ban on his account even though it was hacked by someone else. A Brazilian judge ruled that this was unlawful, ordering Xbox to restore all his games and pay him an additional $400 in damages.
