18 years ago today, Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl" hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The track became her first of nine chart-topping singles and spent seven consecutive weeks at the top. It also marked Capitol Records' first back-to-back No. 1 hits since 1976 and has been certified 6x Platinum by the RIAA.
