A truly disturbing discovery in California: authorities have uncovered the remains of over 100 dogs at Miranda’s Rescue animal shelter in Fortuna. The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office recovered 117 dog carcasses from excavation sites on the property, many of which showed signs of gunshot wounds. Additionally, 21 canine skulls were found.
