The anime adaptation of "Akane Banashi" has officially been greenlit for a second season. The series, which follows a teenage girl pursuing mastery in the traditional Japanese storytelling art of Rakugo, will return in January 2027. The announcement was shared by the official account, with art credits to Suenaga Yuuki and Moue Takamasa, published by Shueisha. Source:
