Time Out's 2026 survey ranks the world's top 20 food cities, led by Lima, Bangkok, and Mexico City. London takes fourth, followed by Barcelona, Ho Chi Minh City, Melbourne, Beijing, Athens, and Lisbon. The list also includes Cape Town, Osaka, Bengaluru, Naples, New York, and Hong Kong, among others.
