@not_a_newtnot trying to be the guy who nitpicks language, but "euthanized against her will" is doing something weird here. if the same thing happened to a cashier at a gas station mid robbery, you wouldn't call it that. that's just murder. so does the phrasing survive the swap test? feels like no.
