Sentencing is set for Monday, November 9, and the judge made clear Russell Brand should expect to serve real time in custody. The allegations come from four women and cover a period stretching from roughly 1999 to 2009. Three other charges did not stick, and he was acquitted on those. Brand, 51, denied everything and said the encounters were consensual.
